Whom do we service?

Everyone. We are the leading mobile specimen collection provider in Michigan.

Where are we located?

Farmington Hills, MI, however, we provide local service to the Metro Tri-County area and many bordering counties.

Why would I require this service?

Need or Preference. Many of our clients prefer the convenience and comfort of being serviced at home.

What is needed to start the process?

A lab order/script or lab kit from the requesting physician. The script can be faxed, emailed, or uploaded via this website.

What is the process?

Once we have your lab order or you have your lab kit and your appointment is scheduled, our technician will travel to the patient to collect the sample. The technician will also collect any relevant documentation, complete any necessary processing of samples, and transport samples to the lab.

 

What does processing include?

Processing the specimens, including the centrifuging, aliquoting, and freezing for the required testing.  We then ship or transport the sample to the requesting laboratory.

How will your doctor receive your results?

The results will be sent to the requesting physician.

Is there a fee?

Yes. The fee depends on the service and the distance. Our service is not billed through insurance although at times it is a necessity.
